The Next Evolution of Marketing




The author writes that as a poet named Audre Lord said,
"there are no new ideas."


And the fundamental idea that never changed is this:
"Marketing works best when it adds value to customers' lives."

"...Clearly, we are evolving toward a new kind of marketing,
something that people choose to engage with,
something that offers meaning
in exchange for their attention."
